The focal point of the club's activity is our monthly general membership meetings which are held on the first non-holiday Thursday of every month except July and August, at 7:00 pm, at the Robert Gauntlett Community Center in Broomall, PA. Click here for a map and directions.
Each monthly meeting usually features a guest speaker who discusses a technical or cultural topic of interest to radio amateurs. Each of these talks is written up in our monthly membership newsletter The Dipole.
The following is the upcoming speaking schedule...
| Month, 2008 | Speaker | Topic |
|---|---|---|
| April | Bob Famiglio K3RF | Ham Radio and the Law |
| May | William Weber, Chief Technology Officer, WHYY Inc. | End of Analog Television |
| June | -- | Hoagie Night and Field Day Planning |
| Traditionally, there are no meetings in July or August. Meetings will resume in September. | ||
